QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent would be preferred. Customer service experience or fluency in both English and Spanish would be a plus.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You usually work from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (start and end times may vary slightly).
As an Overnight Customer Service Rep, you help ensure we can assist our clients through all hours of the day! You're the heart of our nighttime operations, and you work with your team to provide prompt service whenever we're needed. Always friendly and professional, you answer phone calls and assist our clients however possible. You gather information about incoming job requests and efficiently dispatch technicians based on location and availability. By facilitating smooth communication and maintaining high levels of organization, you ensure we're always there when our customers need us!
