Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a Patent Attorney or Patent Attorney for its Intellectual Property team in New York, DC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Boston. The salary range is between $150k to $300k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. ad internnational patent prosecution and drafting involving 5G/6G technologies, AI/ML, automotive/electric vehicles, video encoding, and/or software technologies.
• Experience managing patent portfolios, conducting freedom-to-operate analyses, and providing strategic patentability and infringement advice.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• USPTO admission is required.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills.
