Patent Prosecution Attorney
Salary: $170,000 to $220,000
Location: Washington, DC
Top firm seeks associates or counsel for its Patent Prosecution group.
What you have:
5-10 years of patent law experience (Patent Agent experience is a plus)
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Computer Engineering
Active Bar license or eligible to waive in
Ability to manage a full patent prosecution docket
Experience drafting and prosecuting applications in the telecom and wireless technology fields
Experience with patent litigation and PTAB proceedings is desirable
Great clients and plenty of work to fill your docket
