WorkSolved Staffing is seeking a Pattern Maker to join our die casting team. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for creating precise and high-quality patterns used in the die casting process. This role requires a keen understanding of design principles, material properties, and machining techniques. The successful candidate will contribute to the production of accurate and efficient die casting molds, ensuring the production of top-notch components.

Responsibilities:

1. Pattern Design: Develop detailed and accurate patterns based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and other specifications.
2. Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials for patterns, considering factors such as durability, heat resistance, and dimensional stability.
3. Precision Machining: Utilize various machining tools and equipment to fabricate patterns with tight tolerances, ensuring compatibility with die casting requirements.
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of patterns to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Experience utilizing various hand tools, tape measure etc.
• Pay attention to detail
• Long term commitment

Details:

• 1st Shift 6:30 to 3pm
• $17.00/ Hour
• 100% paid benefits when hired in
• Easily Apply
• Monday – Friday
• Up to 20/hr withing 6 months.
