Bishop & Company is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a financial institution in Honolulu. Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience and proficiency using ADP. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate preparation and processing of payroll.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving payroll related issues.
  • Preparation and reconciliation of general ledger worksheets, payroll journals, tax reporting and benefit/payroll tax payments.
  • Prepare and distribute required tax reporting documents including W-2s.
  • Coordination efforts between payroll, HR, finance and other stakeholders to ensure proper payroll processing.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of payroll experience required (3+ years preferred).
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

Additional Information:
  • Job Type : Temporary - 3 months 
  • Pay : $29.03/hr
  • Location : Honolulu, HI 
  • Parking: Not included
  • Schedule : Monday-Tuesday during payroll week: 9am-5:30pm, in-office. All other days: 8am – 4:30pm, in-office
