Description

The Occupational Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Occupational Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides occupational therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy.
  • upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License.
  • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Occupational Therapy or Ph.D. Occupational Therapy.
  • 1 year Specialized occupational therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need.
