Develop and maintain databases to assist with data analysis, quality scoring, and productivity measurement.## Education & Experience**Education and Experience Required:**Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and one (1) year of experience in revenue cycle, performance improvement, data analysis, operations, or quality assurance. **Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required:**N/A## Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**Proficient knowledge of revenue cycle operations from start to finish.**Responsibilities*** Conduct audits and analyze accounts or records to identify incomplete documentation, workflow gaps, and productivity issues; recommend solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.* Evaluate operational processes such as scheduling, registration, authorizations, billing, and/or insurance follow-ups to ensure they meet established quality, compliance, and performance standards.* Collect and evaluate performance data to support process optimization and improved team productivity.* Monitor quality scores and staff performance to ensure alignment with departmental expectations and regulatory requirements.* Communicate key findings and process issues to leadership, supporting informed decision-making and corrective actions.* Analyze quality and productivity trends across departments; develop control tools and dashboards for real-time performance tracking.* Develop and customize operational and compliance reports using Excel, Access, and statistical tools for a variety of stakeholders.* Maintain internal databases and reporting systems to ensure accurate tracking of performance indicators and regulatory submissions.* Design and deliver training on data systems, reporting processes, and performance monitoring tools to enhance team capability.* The duties listed are general in nature and are examples of the duties and responsibilities performed and are not meant to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.
