Starting Pay: $16.33/hour

Hours: 24 hours/week on a day/evening rotation. This position works every 3rd weekend 1030-1900, also covering 1030-1900 when Hospital Phlebotomist is off.

Will obtain specimens on patients of newborn to elderly as required including, but not limited to, Venous, Capillary and point of care specimen.

May be required to perform designated laboratory tests. Will exhibit problem solving skills and participate in specimen processing, specimen transport and customer service as required.

Education Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a phlebotomy training course
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license
• American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification in phlebotomy
