Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 34 physicians and 2 APPs at MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
• 2026 graduating residents encouraged to apply.
• ACLS and BLS certified.
• We proudly sponsor  H1b visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing feels for the visa are covered by Sound.

Flexible Scheduling:

• Full-time day positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to codes and rapids.
• Closed ICU and no procedural requirements.

• Located on the saltwater banks of Puget Sound, just 35 miles south of Seattle, Tacoma, WA is the third-largest city in Washington State with a population just under 225,000. Tacoma is an urban destination known for its breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier and warm community feel.

• Compensation: Yearly salary is over $288K, depending on the number and variety of shifts worked.
