About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be a visionary and strategic leader, serving as the face of the Credit Union and embodying its commitment to exceptional service and innovative financial solutions. This role involves leading with heart, fostering strong community connections, and supporting the growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep dedication to serving the expanding membership base and community, as well as the valued employees. They should be an inspiring public speaker, capable of energizing and aligning the team with the strategic vision, and staying ahead of industry trends while anticipating the evolving needs of both members and the Credit Union. Candidates for the President/CEO position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree, relevant credentials, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the financial industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires a leader who is confident yet humble, recognizes the value of collaboration, and is prepared to make bold, thoughtful decisions to move the organization forward. The company is dedicated to fostering lifelong, trusted relationships with its members and is looking for a leader who can continue this legacy while introducing new products and services to enhance the financial lives of the community.
