We're looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our New York team. We want people who are confident, a team player and relationship builder with a flair for negotiation and persuasion. They're also a listener, able to anticipate the needs of others and communicate clearly. This is a sales role first and foremost, being financially motivated is a must.

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant in New York, your role is to maintain, identify, pitch, and develop exceptional client (businesses), and candidate relationships within a very lucrative market.

Sourcing highly skilled candidates is in our DNA, and providing a quality service through headhunting, interviewing, and being the go-to-Consultant is our mission. As you'll know coming from recruitment, the role is fast paced providing you with a variety of opportunities, daily.

The role:

• Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
• Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings, and networking.
• Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market
• Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts
• Creating job adverts
• Negotiating with both clients and candidates

You will need:

• Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your niche market.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
