Salary: $68,000 – $90,000 per year (Target: $79,000–$80,000)

We design, develop, and distribute festive seasonal products for major retailers including Big Box, Mass Market, Grocery, Drug, and Specialty stores. Our team works year-round to deliver high-quality, trend-forward décor to customers across North America.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to oversee the development of hardline seasonal décor products—from concept to completion. This position focuses on Christmas and Wearables , so experience in these categories is a big plus!
What You’ll Do:
Manage product development from brainstorming through final approvals
Maintain product data: descriptions, item numbers, UPCs, cost, retail price, and compliance info
Collaborate daily with creative and overseas product development teams
Create sales materials: master look books, customer-specific sell sheets
Order samples, manage packaging copy, and proof marketing content
Track progress to meet tight deadlines and seasonal milestones
Analyze trends, sales data, and competitor products to inform decisions
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in product development or management
Strong Excel and Outlook skills (Zoho or PLM experience a bonus)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with seasonal products, retail math, and/or working with overseas vendors is a plus
