About the Opportunity We are looking for a Developer Experience Product Manager to execute on our developer experience strategy. In this role, you will define and drive initiatives that enhance the experience of developers building on our platform. Your work will prioritize improving APIs, SDKs, documentation, and community engagement while ensuring seamless integrations and developer workflows. You’ll conduct primary research with developers, analyze competitive landscapes, and collaborate across engineering, design, and developer relations teams. Your goal is to make our platform intuitive, efficient, and delightful for developers to use. What to expect? Define and execute the developer experience roadmap, prioritizing high-impact improvements to APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and developer documentation. Conduct primary research with developers, understand their pain points, and identify opportunities to improve adoption and retention. Lead discovery efforts by analyzing customer feedback, conducting usability testing, and leveraging data to drive decision-making. Work closely with your, and other engineering teams to deliver improvements and enhancements that optimize developer workflows. Collaborate with Marketing teams to drive engagement and adoption within the developer ecosystem. Establish and track key developer-focused KPIs to measure product success and guide strategic decisions. Advocate for developers within the organization, ensuring that their needs are prioritized in product development efforts. Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in developer experience. What you need to be successful? 4+ years of experience in product management, with some focus on developer platforms, APIs, SDKs, or developer tools. Prior experience as a developer, software engineer, or other technical role that involves deep engagement with developer tools. Proven track record of successfully driving impactful products to market. Data driven thinking that includes understanding company metrics, their relationship to discovery work, and how your features and solutions connect the two. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to advocate for developers with cross-functional teams internally. Experience working with agile development methodologies and leading cross-functional teams. Familiarity with API design, developer documentation best practices, and community engagement strategies.
