Essential Duties:
 Packs, re-packs, or packages by hand a wide variety of products and materials
 Marks and labels containers, container tags, and products
 Weighs, lifts, loads, grinds, and containerizes coffees and teas
 Fills containers using hand tools (such as scoops) and equipment (such as pour spouts and hopper chutes)
 Examines and inspects containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met
 Records product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
 Seals containers by use of hand tools or machines
 Comprehends business information, instructions and procedures.
 Cleans and sanitizes containers, materials, supplies, equipment, and work areas using cleaning solutions and
equipment and/or by hand
 Moves containerized products to warehousing area
 Prioritizes Quality Assurance and Food Safety
 Courteously, effectively, and professionally interacts and communicates with colleagues
 Displays passionate dedication to personal and company success
 Maintains a neat appearance that projects a positive company image
 Other duties as may be assigned

Required Skills/Education Certification:
 High school degree or equivalent preferred.
 Reads, writes and follows complex instructions.
 Works well with others
 Bends, stoops, walks, stands, sits, and works in ambient temperature environment
 Climbs ladders and/or stairs to access equipment
 Lifts up to 30 pounds routinely, at times may be up to 60 pounds
 Takes direction from management
