Job Description

Position Summary:

The Production Supervisor ensures food safety, product quality, and compliance with regulatory and customer standards. This role oversees prep and slicing teams, ensuring production targets, safety protocols, and quality expectations are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing daily production needs, tracking waste, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Spanish bilingual is required for this role!!

Shift:

• 1st shift; Saturday thru Wednesday schedule (off Thursday and Fridays)
• Expected to work 45 to 50 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production schedules for proteins and ingredients.
• Monitor and adjust sliced meat and ingredient weights per specifications.
• Deliver correct quantities to production lines—no overages.
• Record daily waste by type and submit end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA, SSOP, and other standards.
• Collaborate with production, sanitation, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct quality checks, enforce policies, and support continuous improvement.
• Lead and support corrective actions related to sanitation, food safety, and production.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in food manufacturing or quality assurance.
• HACCP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
