Our lifting equipment has been successfully handling material globally for years. OZ Lifting Products has served many industries including oil, gas, automotive, aviation, construction, and mining for 20+ years.

Our work environment is focused on safety and quality and relies on teamwork to accomplish daily tasks. In your role, you must comply with all OZ Lifting Products procedures, rules and regulations while providing quality service and products to our customers.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: rigging, testing, and inspection of import products as well as assembly, inspection, and testing of domestic products. Other duties could include, at times inspection, estimating, and repairing of customer products, loading and unloading, packing, and unpacking, auditing, general housekeeping, kitting, inbound processing, shipping and receiving, put-away, data entry into computerized inventory control systems and inventory control.


As the needs of our customers and business evolve and change, additional tasks may be assigned to meet our customers' needs and expectations.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent, trade school or military a plus.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of company's products and services, safety, and OSHA requirements.
• Must have a basic understanding of mechanical systems and be able to accurately read a tape measure and/or digital micrometer.
• Must have an ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
• Must have good organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent math and reading skills, overall PC literacy is required.
• Must be a self-starter with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be a positive team member. Be respectful to your co-workers. Have a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs. to a height of 72".
• Must be capable of standing for up to 8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
• Must be capable of bending, twisting, and walking without restrictions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all duties to establish quality standards and report defective or substandard material supplies or products.
• Assemble and test domestic products, rig and test import products.
• Maintain inventory/testing records.
• Safety-First mentality, with the following safety training: OSHA and forklift certification required.
