Division 1 Moving & Storage is looking for quality individuals to join our team as movers, packers, and drivers. We are seeking physically fit, responsible, and reliable team members to carefully wrap and transport items into and out of moving trucks and homes. We are team-oriented, hardworking, and only want to hire great people to work with who will bring a good attitude to all jobs. Mover Responsibilities:

• Secure all items and furniture in the proper protective material on every job. Load, pack and unload items with care.
• Disassemble and reassemble all items of furniture that require it for a safe move.
• Ensure that no items are damaged while moving.
• Communicate effectively with the team, clients, and managers on every job and while in the warehouse. This is a HEAVY customer service-oriented job and rudeness to our team or customers will not be tolerated.
• Must have prior moving or warehousing experience. 

Driver Responsibilities:

• No CDL required just a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, some moving or warehouse experience, and the desire to learn.
• You will be required to drive 26-foot trucks along with the responsibilities stated above. Training will be provided, but you must be willing to learn and/or have prior experience.

We have a fantastic reputation among our clients and they have always taken care of our team. Tips are given on most jobs and range from anywhere between $20.00 - $100.00+.

We have a warehouse located in Alexandria, VA where we dispatch from for all jobs, a 10-minute walk from the Eisenhower Metro. Coffee, water, and snacks are provided daily.
