Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to support our federal customer in Baltimore, MD. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the clients business and becoming a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAFe delivery, a knowledge of the CMS culture, previously led teams implementing a technology solution, and have a proven track record of dynamic delivery in a multi-tenant environment.
- Provide guidance and direction at the program (BPA) level of the contract
- Assist the delivery team with SAFe best practices and procedures
- Manage large, complex projects (task orders)
- Interface with the governments BPA lead, Task Order leads, CO, and COR
- Work with our Service Lines, Market Lead, and Proposal team to develop task order proposals as requested by the government.
- Submit all BPA level deliverables and review and approve all task order deliverables before they are submitted to the client
- Oversee all aspects of the BPA financials working directly with our Operations team
- Lead and present the latest status of the BPA at internal monthly project health reviews

Required Skills & Experience - 10 years of consulting experience
- 5 years of experience in a management position, 3 years managing programs of 35+ FTEs
- Experience managing large teams in a SAFe environment
- Bachelors Degree
- Certified SAFe® Practitioner
- PMP Certification
- Experience providing Agile Coaching and using Agile methodologies
- Ability to manage cost, schedule, and service performance to achieve defined SLAs
- Experience as the point of contact to government customer
- Experience in delivery of a technical project, specifically low code/no code
- Experience within service delivery and management of IT service delivery, including managing SLAs
- Possess strong communication skills verbally and in writing
- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and teaming partners
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Experience in ServiceNow ITSM & CSM
- Experience with CCSQ
- Prior experience in management of a BPA
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA
- Experience with Human Centered Design
