Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 200-unit Class A multifamily community. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of property management experience and a proven ability to deliver operational excellence, superior resident service, and strong financial performance.
This property is located in Jeffersonville - we will pay to relocate a candidate if needed, and offer a rent discount if you would like to live on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a 200-unit Class A property
- Lead, mentor, and manage onsite leasing and maintenance teams
- Ensure high resident satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery
- Manage operating budgets, financial reporting, rent collections, and expense control
- Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy
- Oversee capital projects, vendor management, and property upkeep to Class A standards
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, with Class A experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, etc.)
- Commitment to providing best-in-class resident and client service
In return, our client offers a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 DOE + bonus and a generous benefits package.
