An investment management firm in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager.



Responsibilities:


The Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager will:

• Calculate waterfalls, management fees, carried interest, strike NAV packages, etc.
• Confirm if they've reviewed or worked on partners capital, capital call / distributions
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 5+ years of Public / Private Accounting and/or Fund Admin experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or a related field
• Fund Accounting experience
• Strong understanding of fundamental Accounting knowledge, including Credits, Debits, etc.
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Private Equity Real Estate experience
