What You’ll Do & Learn:
How to identify off-market investment opportunities
Cold call and text sellers to generate leads using Reafco’s scripts
Underwrite flips, BRRRRs, and rentals with real financial models
Walk properties with investor mentors to assess condition and value
Sit in on negotiations, closings, and walkthroughs
Shadow leasing and property management workflows
