Real Estate Processor/Closer – Full-Time Opportunity in a Dynamic Law Firm

Our Real Estate, Business, and Estate Planning law firm has an immediate opening for a full-time  Real Estate Processor/Closer . We’re looking for a team player with excellent administrative and communication skills to join forces with our current processor/closer and help take our real estate department to the next level.

Our Founder and Managing Attorney is an entrepreneur passionate about helping clients build a rock-solid foundation for their families, businesses, homes, and wealth. We're seeking a mature, caring, and detail-oriented professional who’s committed to delivering a client experience that’s second to none.

Our 2025 goal is to “inundate the beaches”and expand our presence throughout the greater Jacksonville area. While we’re focused on rapid growth, we remain small enough to value every team member and client personally. We need someone ready to grow with us and willing to wear multiple hats until the workload supports a larger team.

We’re looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, who enjoys networking and can help attract new real estate clients. Ideally, you have experience as a  Closer or Processor in a Florida-based real estate law firm or title company. However, the most important trait we’re looking for is a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle real estate processing and closings, including file reconciliation, post-close activities, and overall coordination.
  • Ensure timely and professional completion of all tasks.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients, realtors, and team members.
  • Maintain and track a list of prospective clients and monitor conversion progress.
  • Monitor case progress and move files through the pipeline according to key milestones.
  • Develop and follow through on sales opportunities with a defined plan.
  • Promote open communication across departments (sales, title, escrow, customer service).
  • Continue professional development through training, reading, and networking.
  • Represent Rock Solid Law & Title at NEFAR and other local networking events.
Non-Negotiables:
  • Availability to work in-office Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Willingness to attend networking events.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using various software, databases, and systems.
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to help with all tasks, big or small (yes, even making coffee!).
  • Positive, energetic, results-oriented team player – no drama!
  • A well-rounded individual with goals and interests outside of work.
