Join Our Team! Avante Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist, to provide administrative duties, answering phones and other day-to-day administrative functions and also to follow-up on functions to assist the Administrator in meeting the administrative needs of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards relating to long-term care operations and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that proper Administrative procedures and confidentiality maintained at all times.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of High School Education.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must have at least (6) months experience in a clerical position.
• Must have knowledge of office machines, i.e. computer, 10 key calculator, etc.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Quick learner. Willing to be cross-trained.
• Team player.
• Positive attitude toward the public and elderly.
• Customer service oriented.
