CTR Group is seeking a Recruiter - Shipyard Trades for a local position. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

Pay Range: $17 - $20 per Hour plus Commission and Benefits

Can You?

· Perform data entry in web-based platforms?

· Use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook?

· Provide excellent customer service to applicants?

· Use web-based platforms to find candidates.

Seeking a Recruiter to add to our full-time staff. Must be experienced in Recruiting.

• Regular sourcing of candidates from various data bases, social media and from the ATS.
• Heavy emphasis on Shipyard Trades positions
• High Volume of outgoing calls to candidates.
• Conducting qualifying interviews to validate skills.
• Parsing candidates into ATS and updating interview notes.
• Reviewing resumes in accordance with job description requirements.

SKILLS:

• Must have exceptional communication skills on the telephone.
• Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Previous recruiting experience desirable but not required.
• Previous Skilled Shipyard Trades Recruiting experience a plus, but not required
• Must have good computer skills.
