We're currently looking for a
Registered Dental Assistant to join our
Monarch Dental teams in
North Little Rock, AR ! This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.
Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Thursday 7:45-5pm
Responsibilities - Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
Qualifications - Must have current and active certifications to be hired:
- Active Arkansas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
- Nitrous Oxide
- Radiology certification
- CPR/BLS
- Minimum 1 year of Dental Assisting experience
- Hands-on support and experience in root canals, crown restorations, and removables
- Organized, reliable, and committed to providing 5-star patient care
- Someone who thrives in a team-first, people-focused environment
Compensation $18-$20/hour
