WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:
Licensed Home Health Administrator
2+ years Administrator leading a home health branch
5+ years Home Health experience
Leading both clinical and operations side of business
Regularly meets with direct reports
RN licensed in Texas (or NLC eligible)
OASIS experience required
HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) proficiency - clinical field AND back-end office
Willingness to provide direct patient care and nurse training
Manage Home Health branch's financial health and clinical quality
Lives in a commutable distance to the branch in the Houston area
