Location: Mount Vernon, TX

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow

  • Coordinate administrative duties, including document management, correspondence, and file organization

  • Evaluate and recommend service improvements and equipment purchases to control costs and improve efficiency

  • Communicate with property management to address building maintenance requests

  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of office common areas

  • Oversee office equipment maintenance and vendor relations

  • Manage office space planning, including moves, workstation changes, and additions

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an office setting

  • Strong knowledge of business communications, document and records management

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferably home health or hospice, is a plus
