Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Agile Coach for the Medicaid division of a large enterprise company. You will create and deliver agile courses on topics such as backlog management, agile principles, and team coaching. There are multiple cross-functional teams you will be supporting in their agile transformation journey, helping them adopt best practices and overcome challenges. You will leverage your experience in standing up new teams and leading them to success in ambiguous and dynamic environments. It is important to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in applying agile methodologies to different lines of business and project scopes.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Agile coachExperience creating and defining templates
Enterprise level experience
Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills.
