Remote Customer Experience Agent

Are you a dedicated, customer-focused professional looking to make a difference in a fully remote environment? We’re seeking a Remote Customer Experience Agent to deliver top-notch support through email, chat, and phone. In this role, you’ll handle a range of inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers have an exceptional experience with our services.  

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide Outstanding Customer Support
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
    • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone throughout all interactions.
  • Plan & Sell Travel Services
    • Arrange transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel-related services based on client needs.
    • Advise clients on destinations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations to help them make informed decisions.
  • Promote Travel Packages
    • Utilize promotional strategies and materials to sell itineraries, tours, and package deals.
    • Highlight special offers and discounts to maximize customer value.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues
    • Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Maintain Customer Records
    • Document customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documents.
    • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Build & Retain Customer Loyalty
    • Go the extra mile to engage customers, nurture relationships, and foster repeat business.
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay Updated
    • Keep informed about new services, policies, and industry trends to provide the best advice and support.
 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support or client service role
  • Strong phone handling skills, active listening, and comfort with various communication channels
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
