Bilingual Restaurant Recruiter

Latin Sports Cantina

Hybrid - 2 Days from your home office and 3 days from Plano Office

Salary: $65,000-$70,000 plus bonus

Full Benefits package, PTO, and 11 Holidays

Job Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English;
• At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in the restaurant industry, but not required;
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proven experience with social media recruitment platforms;
• Superior negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for various positions within the restaurant's different sites;
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to source and attract top talent;
• Conduct thorough interviews with potential candidates, both on-site and remotely;
• Evaluate applicants' skills, experience, and qualifications to determine suitability;
• Facilitate the negotiation and closing of employment offers.
