Join our team as a Front of House Manager! Our Front of House managers have a wide range of responsibilities managing a locally owned and growing business. Front of House managers are responsible for front of house staff (no cooking or kitchen work) Candidates will: drive sales and profitability, select and train top talent to build a higher performing team, and lead the team to achieve goals and objectives. Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience a must
• Ability to work legally in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• Bring your government issued ID and social security card to the interview

We are a Brewpub - a Craft Brewery & Family Restaurant under one roof. Some come for the food and stay for the beer, some come for the beer and stay for the food. We are a full-service family restaurant with a large, menu with Steak, Pasta, Seafood, & Bar-be-que. With a broad menu we are able to please any palate. Our kitchen makes everything from scratch! We provide top notch, friendly, customer service, and are locally staffed & owned. We are the oldest and largest Craft Brewery in Topeka, and the first brewery in Topeka since prohibition. We brew about 1,400 barrels of world class Craft Beer each year, which is about 350,000 glasses. We have been brewing great Craft Beer in Topeka since May 1995. We have won 33 National & International awards, the most awarded brewery for hundreds of miles! No matter what your taste you can satisfy your thirst with us.
