Larry D Marshall Disposal, Inc. is a family-owned garbage business based in New Harmony, IN. We provide garbage and recycling services for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Additionally, we offer containers for construction and demolition projects.

We are looking to add a full-time roll-off truck driver to our team. As our commercial division grows, demand for skilled drivers increases as well.

Role Description

Our roll-off team is comprised of hard-working, highly skilled drivers who are up to the task of meeting daily demands. The team has a dedicated dispatcher who functions as operations central and keeps everyone operating as safely and efficiently as possible. This role reports directly to our operations manager.

While there are several routine stops, driving roll-off changes weekly and sometimes daily. This requires the ability to process information quickly, communicate effectively, and being a willing team player. Full-time roll-off drivers usually have a dedicated truck that they are familiar with. This is a Monday-Friday position, with the exception of altered schedules during holiday weeks. Roll-off drivers usually arrive to prep trucks and coordinate stops around 5:00 am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Commercial driver's license (Class A or B CDL) with air brake endorsement
• Able to sit for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and physically able to climb in tight spaces.
• Waste hauling experience (preferred)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Team oriented. Willing to put in extra hours when needed.
• Coachable and interested in constant improvement
