Job Title: RPA Manager Location: Dallas, Texas (preferred) | Open to candidates anywhere in the USA Job Summary We are looking for an experienced RPA Manager to lead and manage the deployment and execution of RPA solutions. This role combines strategic project management, leadership, and deep technical knowledge in RPA development, particularly within Linux-based environments . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage RPA projects from inception through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Oversee the development and implementation of RPA solutions using Linux technology stacks and integrate them with existing business systems. Guide and mentor a team of RPA developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and design scalable solutions. Establish and maintain RPA governance standards, ensuring compliance with security protocols and data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes and oversee continuous improvement initiatives. Report on RPA performance, track key metrics, and present progress to senior leadership. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in RPA, particularly in Linux-based technologies, and recommend tools or solutions to enhance automation capabilities. Qualifications 7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development with extensive expertise in Linux environments and should have successfully developed a minimum of ten RPA projects. Proven leadership experience, managing RPA teams and projects. In-depth experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Strong understanding of Linux environments , shell scripting, and system integration. Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure , or Google Cloud . Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience with AI/ML integration into RPA workflows.
