With locations in Appleton, Wi; Taylor, WI; and Charleston, SC, we're expanding our footprint - and looking for passionate professionals to join us.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Director to lead our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program across all multiple locations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards, reducing workplace incidents, and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

Note: This role is located at our Appleton, WI facility and is NOT a remote position.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage company-wide safety initiatives using our EHS Management System.
• Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Oversee claims management and return-to-work programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain OSHA logs.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive safety performance and accountability.

What you will need:

• 7+ years in a safety leadership role, preferably in construction or fire protection.
• OSHA certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple jobs sites and office locations.
