The Litens Aftermarket Network is a $200 million dollar business segment of Litens Automotive ($1 Billion) located in Canada. Tendeco is the North American segment of Litens Aftermarket Network. Our parent, Litens Automotive, located in Canada, serves the global automotive original equipment market segment. Since inventing the automatic belt tensioner in 1979, Litens Automotive has historically maintained a 50% global market share for belt tensioning product manufactured for customers like Ford, Toyota, Honda, GM, Chrysler, BMW, etc.
Litens Aftermarket, was established in 2003. The Sales Coordinator, Aftermarket plays a critical role in supporting activity across the independent aftermarket channel. This will be an inside sales support position working closely with operations, marketing and product to develop repeatable sale process. The Sales Coordinator will have growing account responsibilities and will require travel for pull
through sales fieldwork. This key role will also support Senior Management through sales related analytics used to drive business decisions.
What will you do?
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth with the top distribution customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, jobbers and installers to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee customer engagements, including on-site visits, sales meetings, and technical product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop a deep understanding of company’s product lines and assigned customers to make recommendations to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and training seminars to enhance brand presence and market positioning.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
What will you bring?
• 2 years previous Sales / Marketing field experience (Automotive preferred)
• Experience investigating matters and making recommendations/ decisions based upon findings
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Valid Passport
