JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about customer service, renewable energy, and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and provide customized solar solutions
Clearly articulate the benefits of solar energy and address any concerns or questions clients may have
Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solar products and services
Prepare accurate and detailed project proposals, including system design, cost estimates, and financing options
Collaborate with the administrative and production teams to ensure proposals align with technical specifications and client requirements
Work closely with management to help set, then meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in sales, preferably solar and electrical
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Knowledge of renewable energy and solar technology a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus
