About the Role:

Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Job Description :

The role requires expertise in Salesforce Administration as well as support for our R Studio environment. You will be the primary point of contact for BAU support, upgrades, data management, and process validation across both domains.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Administration:

• Provide day-to-day administration and ongoing BAU support in a small organizational setup.
• Handle standard upgrade activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.
• Perform data recovery, data validation, and documentation of changes to maintain compliance and audit trail.
• Support end-user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and implement minor enhancements.

R Studio Support:

• Manage migration from legacy R environment to R Studio.
• Develop and execute validation tools to ensure data integrity and correctness.
• Document processes and maintain all R scripts and configurations up to compliance standards.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation of R-based analyses and tools.

Required Skills :

• 10+ years of total software development experience, with at least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Familiarity with data management, recovery, and compliance practices
• Experience with R programming and R Studio (migration and validation tools preferred)
• Strong attention to detail in data and process documentation
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fully remote setup
• Excellent communication skills

Location: Richmond, VA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110K – $130K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
