This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for professionals who excel in maintaining and optimizing Salesforce environments. The role requires a proactive individual capable of driving efficiency and delivering impactful solutions within the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities: Configure and manage Salesforce features such as custom objects, workflows, and process automation. Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics. Deploy changes using tools like Gearset or Chainsets, ensuring seamless transitions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain data integrity through regular audits and adherence to best practices. Provide guidance and training to users on Salesforce functionalities. Support the integration of third-party applications into Salesforce. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Stay updated with Salesforce enhancements and recommend improvements to existing processes. Requirements: Proven experience in Salesforce administration with expertise in CRM systems. Salesforce Associate Certification is mandatory. Familiarity with deployment tools such as Gearset or Chainsets. Ability to work independently using personal equipment to access required applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for collaboration and user support. Knowledge of Salesforce environment best practices and data management. Ability to adapt and learn new tools or processes as needed.
