Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with recent, extensive experience in Banking or Capital Markets to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, architectural design expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with business goals. Candidates must Lead the technical direction and architectural design of Salesforce implementations , guiding developers and ensuring alignment with best practices and have proficiency in programming languages (Apex, JavaScript, SQL, etc.), integration tools, and data modeling.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Salesforce development and architecture, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations in large financial organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of Salesforce implementations.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Manage and design integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines .
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and user experience .
• Provide technical mentorship and documentation for development teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Architecture: 8+ years of experience leading Salesforce design and architecture.
• Banking or Capital Markets: Recent, extensive (5+ years) experience is required.
• Programming Expertise: Apex, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Salesforce Implementations: Multiple end-to-end SFDC implementation projects.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Practical experience in release management, version control, and CI/CD tools.
• Methodology: Agile / Scrum experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor s degree required.
