Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer and Integration Specialist with hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex development , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , household and relationship group implementations , and MuleSoft integration. You will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end solutions that enhance customer relationship management, data integration, and advisor workflows within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in Salesforce FSC , with a focus on Household Management and relationship models.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to support business logic and automation.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic, responsive UI functionality.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft , REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware services.
• Participate in architecture reviews, data modeling, and platform performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, architects, and QA to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices around Salesforce FSC capabilities, including onboarding, lead and opportunity management, and financial account models.
• Perform unit testing, support QA/UAT cycles, and assist in deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including strong Apex and LWC skills.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) , including Household/Relationship Group implementation .
• Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
• Experience working with RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices and DevOps pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II , Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional , MuleSoft Developer Certification .
• Experience in wealth management , banking , or insurance domains.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield , Einstein Analytics , or Experience Cloud is a plus
