Job Summary (Scrum Master PSM II Certified):
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices, promoting continuous improvement and high performance.
- Apply expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to guide project delivery and team collaboration.
- Utilize Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, etc.) for workflow management and process transparency.
- Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and act as a servant leader to support team success.
- Mentor teams on Agile metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, leveraging strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery in complex, scaled Agile environments.
- Leverage background in software development, technical project management, or DevOps culture to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure project goals are met while maintaining Agile best practices and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
