Key Responsibilities: Business Sourcing: Identify and source potential acquisition targets through networking, industry research, and direct outreach. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and operational assessment of potential targets. Deal Structuring: Collaborate with the investment team to structure deals, negotiate terms, and facilitate acquisitions. Strategic Leadership: Post-acquisition, lead the acquired company by setting strategic direction, driving growth, and improving operational efficiencies. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with investors, employees, and customers to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong desire to lead and grow a business, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and risk. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities and challenges. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and management experience, preferably within a small to medium-sized business environment. Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Educational Background: MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred, with a focus on business, finance, or entrepreneurship.
