The Entry-Level Seasonal Sales Representative plays a key role in growing our customer base and representing one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the country. This position runs from April through August and offers hands-on experience in sales, communication, and leadership — with unlimited earning potential.

As a D2D Sales Rep, you’ll work directly with homeowners, educate them on Axiom’s eco-friendly pest protection plans, and help them safeguard their homes for the year ahead. You’ll gain real-world experience in professional sales, teamwork, and performance accountability — all while building confidence, skill, and income that lasts well beyond the summer.

Flexibility is required for evenings and weekends during the peak selling season. Perfect for students, recent graduates, or anyone ready to compete, grow, and earn in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Opportunities available across Portland, Seattle, Nashville, Denver, and Dallas.

  • Engage homeowners face-to-face and educate them on eco-friendly pest control plans
  • Deliver a confident, consultative sales pitch that builds trust and closes deals
  • Manage territory leads and appointments through FieldRoutes CRM
  • Hit daily and weekly goals in contracts sold and quality ratings
  • Represent the Axiom brand with professionalism, integrity, and energy

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or recent graduates encouraged
  • Experience: 0–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Past Titles May Include:
