The Big BBQ Co. by Robidoux Inc is looking to add a retail showroom associate to our new seasonal Gateway Mall location. We are looking for a part-time employee with flexible scheduling.
At The Big BBQ Co. By Robidoux Inc, you'll join a passionate team dedicated to perfecting the art of grilling, where innovation meets tradition in a fun and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities include Deliver exceptional in-store shopping experiences, daily cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment, build and maintain a loyal customer base through engagement including making recommendations and informational support, maintain a full and stocked showroom, assist with window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed, showroom opening and closing duties as needed. Receive and unload merchandise. Replenish and restock the store.
To be successful in this role: You must be eager to learn, effective communication skills, excellent customer service, general math skills, people skills, dependable, availability for varied weekly shifts including weekends, closing and peak periods and greet customers in a welcoming manner.

Requirements:

-Must have retail experience
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Ability to lift to 40lbs
-Have basic computer skills
-Looking for full time or part time with availability for varied weekly shifts including weekends.
-Demonstrated ability to maintain productivity and effectively manage time throughout the duration of your shift.
