High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience. General Dynamics experience is preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. We rely heavily on our Senior Advanced Security Associates for the proper handling of classified materials and site visit arrangements. In this position, you’ll issue company identification badges, maintain database accuracy and process and maintain personnel security clearances for employees and consultants in an industrial security office. Responsibilities include interviewing employees and consultants to verify accuracy of data; assisting in the completion of government personnel security questionnaires and related documents; reviewing documents to determine pre-established classification level based on contract or security guidance, distribution requirements and processes distribution requests according to established procedures; and conducting accountability and reconciliation audits for all COMSEC In-Processing records, Special Access Program (SAP), or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs.
