Job Description

*Teeple Hall, LLP is seeking a motivated, experienced and engaging Senior Associate Attorney with 7+ years of experience in tax planning and corporate and transactional law. This position will support our Corporate & Transactional and Private Client Practice Groups on an array of matters involving tax planning (income, estate and international tax), entity formation and governance for both business and private clients, M&A transactions and extensive work on corporate and business transactions.*

* *Required:*
* LL.M. Taxation
* Licensed in California
* *Required* *– experience in*:
* Federal and State income tax planning
* Corporate and Partnership transactions (Operating Agreements, Bylaws, Promissory Notes, etc.)
* Mergers & Acquisition transactions (corporate and tax planning)
* *Preferred – experience in*:
* Estate & Gift tax planning (domestic and pre-immigration planning)
* Soft Intellectual Property (trademarks / copyrights)
* International tax matters (international income and estate tax planning)
* Federal and State tax controversy matters
* *Enhancements:*
* Big 4 and large law firm experience
* Licensed in Texas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $175,000.00 per year
