Studio 10 – Senior Designer - Performance Profile
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled, forward-thinking Senior Designer to join Studio 10 , a design firm that has been established for 16 years. At Studio 10, our philosophy is rooted in creating spaces that are not only visually stunning but also deeply meaningful. We believe in the power of design to tell a story, connect people, and reflect the unique identity of each project. Whether designing multifamily living spaces, hospitality environments, or community-focused amenities, we craft spaces that resonate with the target audience while seamlessly aligning with your vision, brand, and budget.
The Senior Designer will play a pivotal role in managing and leading design teams, supporting Emily, the VP of Design, who currently oversees all design efforts. The Senior Designer will oversee and mentor project designers, acting as a working manager in a small but growing firm. This individual must be prepared to take full ownership of projects, not just delegate tasks, and thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
This is a unique opportunity for a design professional to lead, manage, and grow within a collaborative and innovative culture while supporting Studio 10’s expanding portfolio of projects.
