Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Fashion Industry
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 DOE

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong fashion industry recruiting experience, particularly in creative-based roles. This individual will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for creative and non-creative roles within the fashion industry
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality pipeline of talent
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven recruiting experience specifically in the fashion industry
• Proven experience recruiting for creative-based roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting best practices
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
