Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant 

Location: Keller, TX (Onsite-Full time)

Salary: $80K-$100K

Visa: US Citizen

Our client has a 16-year track record lead by a CPA with 39 years of experience. The firm has started an insurance division and added a wealth management division and is looking for other ways to offer more services.

Tax Accountant with strong bookkeeping skills that can assist the firm in all aspects of tax or accounting matters

Reports to the partners of the firm

Core Responsibilities:

• Experience in the preparation of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns

• Identify tax consulting and planning opportunities

• Research tax issues

• Communicate with the IRS on tax matters

• Possess the ability to provide excellent client service

• Great organizational skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Prefer candidate with Drake skills

• Senior Bookkeeping experience required

• Manage and train junior staff members

Education/Experience Required:

• Excellent knowledge of federal and state taxation

• Strong communication and interpersonal personal skills

• Strong tax research abilities

• Capable of producing quality work deliverable to clients with few or no changes

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, master degree in Accounting required for highest compensation level

• Minimum of 7 years experience & 10 years of verifiable experience required for the highest compensation level
