In this role, you’ll translate complex workflows into clear, efficient interfaces while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. You’ll lead design efforts from discovery through execution, ensuring solutions align with user needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals. Your work will directly support our mission to bring clarity, accuracy, and innovation to healthcare.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear design strategies, concepts, and recommendations.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI solutions, iterating based on user feedback and data.

  • Mentor and support junior designers, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Own the end-to-end user experience, ensuring consistency, usability, and quality across all product touchpoints.
  • Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems and UI frameworks suited for complex, regulated healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing accessible, responsive interfaces that meet accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience designing or collaborating on products deployed in AWS cloud environments is a plus, particularly for data-driven or scalable SaaS platforms.
